The Františkovy Lázně Tourist Information Centre is a member of the Association of Tourist Information Centres and according to the uniform classification of tourist information centres it belongs to the A category. 

It provides the following services

• Information on accommodation and catering facilities, and accommodation arrangement
• Rental of town bicycles, scooters and Nordic walking poles
• Tips for trips in the surroundings, information on tourist routes and cycle paths
• Information on timetables and sale of RegioJet tickets
• Advance sale of tickets to the Božena Němcová Theatre in Františkovy Lázně
• Advance sale of tickets to Colosseum Ticket, Ticketportal events
• Sale of the Karlovy VARY REGION CARD
• Sale of souvenirs, tourist information materials, maps, postcards,
• guidebooks, postage stamps, and copy services
