Using the workout equipment is very easy and you do not need any additional sporting equipment. Using your own body weight during exercise is an effective method of stretching and strengthening your muscles.
Such training is suitable not only for men. Exercises can be combined and adjusted to individual needs.
There are 3 outdoor workout grounds for you to exercise on in the Františkovy Lázně forest park. Exercise in the fresh air amidst tall trees, in harmony with your body and nature.

The river creates idyllic meanders with branching out blind lagoons as it flows in its unregulated and sometimes quite deep channel. It later flows through the picturesque landscape of the Slavkov Forest and passes one of the most beautiful natural sceneries on the Ohře River – the Jan Svatoš Cliffs.

To the southeast of Sokolov in the close vicinity of motorway D6, there was a lignite mine, which has been converted into a natural swimming pool. The complex offers a paddling pool with water slides, children's playgrounds and a jumping castle, a toboggan, a giant triple slide, inflated icebergs for climbing, trampolines, and other attractions.
