The complex offers a skatepark meeting national standards,

a sled hill in winter, two children's playgrounds, and
a workout/calisthenics area
The multifunctional sports grounds for children and teenagers were built on the western edge of the town centre by revitalising and regenerating an area of 12 000 m² near Swan Pond. The complex offers a skatepark meeting national standards, a multifunctional court for ball games, a traffic playground, a sled hill in winter, two children's playgrounds (for children up to 5 years of age and from 5 to 12 years of age), and a workout/calisthenics area.
The complex includes technical facilities with a club room and toilets.
