Throughout its validity, the Karlovy VARY REGION CARD also serves as a free travel pass in public transport in Karlovy Vary and Mariánské Lázně. With your card, you will receive a free printed guide with maps that will be your companion in the Karlovy Vary Region and provide you with useful details about the many sights and attractions.
Select a card that fully suits your needs. You can choose from a 2, 4 or 7-day card, either for an individual or a family (2 adults + 2 children under 15 years of age).
Free admissions
The Karlovy VARY REGION CARD provides FREE ADMISSION to more than 40 sights and other tourist attractions listed as offering FREE ADMISSION in the printed guide or on the website. The card should always be presented for bar code scanning at the visited location.
Discounted admission
The Karlovy VARY REGION CARD also provides up to 50% DISCOUNTS (from full admission fees) on admission to other sites and on provided services. The amount of the applicable discount is specified in the printed guide and on the website of individual tourist attractions. The card should always be presented at the visited attractions.
Public transport
KARLOVY VARY
During the period of its validity the Karlovy VARY REGION CARD provides a 50% discount on public transport tickets. You can buy 24-hour tickets for the period of validity of your card with a 50% discount only at the Tourist Information Centre Karlovy Vary.
MARIÁNSKÉ LÁZNĚ
During the period of its validity the Karlovy VARY REGION CARD can be used as a free public transport ticket. Present the card to the driver for checking when you get into the bus. Submit the card to transport control on request. It is entitled to check its validity.
A passenger with an invalid ticket/card risks a fine by the regulations of the Public Transport Company.
